At WebLex, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by providing high-quality online para-legal services, including Legal Drafting, Legal Consultation, and Legal Documentation. While we strive to offer a seamless experience, we understand that there may be instances when clients need to cancel services or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Timeframe for Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their order within 4 hours of payment or before the service begins, whichever comes first. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Exemption Criteria:
Services that have already been initiated or completed cannot be cancelled. Customized services, such as tailor-made legal drafts that require specific client inputs, are non-cancelable once work has commenced.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel, clients must email support@weblex.co.in with their Order ID, service details, and the reason for cancellation. Upon receiving the request, our team will review it to determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria.
Rescheduling of Services:
If clients wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, they may contact us with their request. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the type of service.
Right to Refuse Cancellation:
WebLex reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the service has already started or if the client fails to meet the cancellation eligibility criteria.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available only under specific circumstances. Clients can request a refund if they cancel their service within 4 hours of booking. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund. Refunds may also be considered if there is a delay in service delivery caused solely by WebLex or if a technical or operational issue prevents the service from starting and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
Scope of Refunds:
Refunds apply exclusively to the professional fees paid for services rendered by WebLex. Additional charges, such as government fees, taxes, or third-party expenses incurred during service delivery, are non-refundable. These charges are beyond WebLex’s control and are separate from the professional fees.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund:
Clients seeking a refund must email support@weblex.co.in, providing their Order ID and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. The refund request will be processed only after a thorough review and approval by senior management.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Administrative Fees:
Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or processing fees, including third-party fees associated with the refund process.
Partial Refunds:
If a portion of the service has already been delivered, clients are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Refund requests for services delivered as per the agreed terms will not be entertained. Additionally, refund requests will be declined if the client fails to cooperate or does not meet the necessary requirements for service completion.
