WebLex offers digital para-legal services, including legal drafting, consultation, and documentation, all delivered through secure online platforms. This allows clients to receive their requested materials efficiently and accurately while ensuring secure communication channels throughout the process.

Mode of Delivery:
All services provided by WebLex, including legal drafting, consultation, and documentation, are delivered electronically via email or through secure client portals. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact details, such as email addresses and phone numbers, are accurate and up-to-date. This helps prevent unnecessary delays in receiving the requested deliverables.

Delivery Timeline:
The expected delivery timeline for each service, including legal drafting, consultation, and documentation, will be communicated during the purchase or consultation phase. Standard services are generally completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the task.

Delivery Updates:
Clients will receive regular updates on the progress of their service via email or the client portal. For services requiring client feedback or approval, the completion of deliverables may take additional time, depending on the complexity and the client's responsiveness.

Delays in Delivery:
In cases of unavoidable delays due to technical or operational issues, clients will be promptly informed, and an updated timeline will be provided. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of WebLex.

Client Responsibility:
Clients are required to review all deliverables upon receipt and report any discrepancies or issues within 2 business days. If no response is received within this timeframe, the deliverables will be considered accepted by the client.

Support for Delivery Issues:
For any concerns regarding service delivery, clients may contact support@weblex.co.in with their Order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will address the concern and provide a resolution within 3 business days.
