17. For Use in India Only
The Weblex platform and Services are intended for use by individuals located in India. Any legal advice or consultations provided are based on Indian laws and jurisdiction. If you are located outside India, you may still use the Services, but the advice and consultation may not be applicable to your jurisdiction.
18. Termination, Suspension, or Discontinuation of Service
Weblex reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or discontinue access to its Services at any time, without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use or non-payment for services rendered.
19. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The seat of arbitration shall be in New Delhi, India, and the proceedings will be conducted in English. The courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
